I've been teaching people how to ride bikes for over 20 years. During that time, I've studied levels 1 and 2 of 'bikeability', devised lessons for the London borough of Hounslow's schools cycle training program, learnt complete cycle maintenance and developed my own bicycle training and teaching methods.

I could go into the fact that we adhere to a 25 point checklist to ensure you become a safe and competent rider, However, experience has taught me that its important to keep things simple and enjoyable. I won't blind you with science (unless you ask nicely) . I will get you happy and confident on your bicycle and riding with a smile.
